MedStaff Solutions operates on a straightforward finder’s fee basis. A fee is charged only after a successful placement and varies according to the type of placement and the agreed placement period.
The employment agreement is entered into directly between the medical practice and the employee. The practice remains responsible for the employee’s remuneration and all employment-related obligations.
Our finder’s fee becomes payable one week after the employee commences employment.
Full fee details will always be discussed and agreed before recruitment begins.
